Self-adhesive Compriband, Soudaband PRO MF1 is a high-quality, multifunctional joint sealing tape that meets the new requirements of DIN 18542:2020 MF1. It fulfills all 3 levels of the professional joint sealing system SWS in a single product: driving rain tight up to 1050 Pa on the outside, good thermal and sound insulation in the middle and airtight on the inside of the joint. Soudaband PRO MF1 ensures durable, long-lasting sealing of external joints on several levels.

Joint dimensions: Suitable for joint widths up to 30 mm.

Example: Soudaband PRO MF1 63 / 4-10

  • 63 = Thickness of the sealing tape (mm) = suitable for a window profile with a depth of 70 mm.
  • 4-10 = application area for MF1, thickness of the sealing tape = joint width
  • The width of the joint must be within the application range of the joint sealing tape over the entire joint length.

Applications:

Excellent for vapor-permeable, driving rain-proof and permanently elastic joint sealing in accordance with EPB and GeG requirements Sealing of expansion joints, sealing of connection joints between doors or windows and the wall, sound insulation of joints. Soudaband PRO MF1 has been successfully tested in the system for driving rain and airtightness.
